Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can request a return quickly and easily.
You have 14 days to change your mind
From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return your order without providing any reason.
To start a return, simply send a request to info@veraforma.it, indicating your order number.
Return conditions
We accept returns of products that:
- are in the same condition in which they were received
- have not been used, except to verify their characteristics and functionality
- are complete with all parts, accessories, and original packaging
- are accompanied by proof of purchase
In case of improper use, we may apply a reduction in the refund proportional to the value of the product.
How to return an item
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with all the shipping instructions.

Please ship the product within 14 days of the return request.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer.
✔ However, once the product has been received and inspected, we will also reimburse the return shipping costs, together with the order amount.
Refunds are guaranteed only for returns that meet the conditions listed above.
Safe return shipping
To avoid issues during transport, we recommend that you:
- use appropriate packaging
- choose a trackable shipping method
- keep the shipping receipt
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the carrier during the return.
When you will receive your refund
As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and is verified:
- you will receive a confirmation email
- the refund will be issued within 10 working days
- the same payment method used for the purchase will be applied
- it will include standard shipping costs (if applicable)
Bank processing times may vary slightly depending on the institution.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@veraforma.it.
In many cases, we can quickly resolve the issue by sending only the damaged component, without the need to return the entire product.
