APPLICABLE LAW – Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the provisions of Italian law shall apply, including the regulations set forth in the Italian Civil Code and Legislative Decree no. 205/06 (so-called Consumer Code).

JURISDICTION – Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and violation of the purchase terms carried out “online” on ‘Vera Forma di Manuel Chiocchetta’ shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction.
If the customer qualifies as a “consumer,” any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of the purchase terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where the consumer resides.
If the customer is a “non-consumer,” i.e. purchasing with a VAT number, the parties expressly agree that any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of the purchase terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona.
