1. Introduction
This website is an information and presentation platform for the collections and realization possibilities offered by:
VERA FORMA by Manuel Chiocchetta
The images, technical descriptions, and content on the site are for illustrative purposes and represent examples of the aesthetic, material, and design solutions available.
The site does not constitute a catalog of standard products available for immediate delivery nor an automated sales platform.
Each request is evaluated individually and may lead to the preparation of a specific economic and technical proposal.
2. Nature of creations
The creations presented are made exclusively after the customer's request and the acceptance of the relative order.
Each piece is defined through a specific configuration which may include:
- selected materials;
- wood essences;
- natural stones;
- metals;
- surface treatments;
- finishes;
- lighting characteristics;
- additional agreed elements.
The creation is therefore carried out based on the choices made by the customer and does not constitute a supply of previously available products.
3. Request and acceptance procedure
The purchasing process normally consists of the following phases:
1. Customer request
The customer can send a request via:
- email;
- contact form;
- other indicated channels.
2. Configuration definition
- The following are agreed upon:
- model;
- materials;
- finishes;
- technical specifications;
- any specific requests.
3. Quote
The customer receives an economic proposal containing:
- description of the creation;
- planned configuration;
- price;
- estimated times;
- applicable conditions.
4. Order acceptance
Production begins only after:
- acceptance of the quote;
- signing of contractual documentation;
- payment of the agreed advance.
4. Absence of standard available products
The customer acknowledges that the creations presented on the site:
- are not normally available in stock;
- are not mass-produced;
- are initiated only following a specific request;
- may require dedicated material procurement.
The published images represent aesthetic and design examples and do not guarantee the immediate availability of the same piece.
5. Natural materials
Some creations may involve the use of natural materials such as:
- solid wood;
- marble;
- travertine;
- quartzite;
- other natural stones.
The customer acknowledges that these materials have their own unique and unrepeatable characteristics.
Therefore, the following are to be considered natural characteristics and not defects:
- chromatic variations;
- grain differences;
- mineral inclusions;
- variations in surface structure;
- differences compared to illustrative images.
6. Customization and individual configurations
The customer's choice of materials and finishes determines a specific configuration for the creation.
For example:
- a particular wood essence;
- a specific natural stone;
- a specific RAL shade;
- a metallic finish;
- a special surface treatment;
can make the piece identified by the individual request.
7. Right of withdrawal
For contracts concluded at a distance with consumers, the provisions of articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) apply.
The customer acknowledges that Article 59 of the Consumer Code provides exceptions to the right of withdrawal for certain categories of goods, including goods:
- custom-made;
- clearly personalized.
When the creation is carried out based on materials, finishes or configurations specifically approved by the customer, these characteristics may lead to the application of the exception provided by the legislation.
The consumer's mandatory rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity always remain unaffected.
8. Legal guarantee
The creations are subject to the current legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity.
For consumers, where relevant, the following apply:
- articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The guarantee does not include characteristics inherent to natural materials or variations deriving from the normal nature of the processing and selected materials.
9. Production times
The indicated times are estimated and may depend on:
- availability of materials;
- complexity of the configuration;
- times of specialized suppliers;
- technical needs of the realization.
Any variations will be communicated to the customer.
10. Configuration modifications
Once the final configuration has been approved, any modifications can only be requested after verification.
Modifications may entail:
- price variations;
- timeline variations;
- new procurements.
11. Communications
All communications relating to the order must be made through the indicated contact details.
Communications relating to the approved configuration may form an integral part of the contractual documentation.
12. Applicable law
Contractual relationships are governed by current Italian legislation, including:
- Civil Code;
- Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code);
- Directive 2011/83/EU;
- legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity;
- EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
13. Acceptance of conditions
The request for a quote implies having read the nature of the creations offered and the process of defining the order.
The final conclusion of the relationship will take place exclusively through acceptance of the contractual documentation relating to the individual creation.
