1. Introduction

VERA FORMA creates products designed and built to guarantee quality, durability, and reliability over time.

This 5-year Conventional Warranty is in addition to and does not replace the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by current European and national legislation.

2. Regulatory References

The Legal Guarantee of Conformity is governed by:

• Directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods
• The Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) as amended by Legislative Decree 170/2021

Under current legislation:

• The seller is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within 2 years from delivery.
• The consumer has the right, at no cost, to have the goods brought into conformity by repair or replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract in cases provided for by law.

This VERA FORMA 5-Year Warranty constitutes an additional conventional commercial warranty, which extends what is provided for by the legal guarantee.

3. Duration of the VERA FORMA Conventional Warranty

VERA FORMA offers a Conventional Warranty of 5 (five) years from the product delivery date.

The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Structural flaws
• Technical malfunctions
• Defects pre-existing at the time of delivery
• Anomalies found upon shipment arrival

In the presence of such conditions, VERA FORMA will, at its discretion, arrange for:

• Product repair
  or
• Replacement of the defective component
  or
• Full product replacement, in cases where repair is not possible

At no cost to the customer.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

• Improper use or non-compliance with instructions
• Accidental impacts, falls, or tampering Unauthorized interventions
• Normal wear and tear of materials
• Damage caused by neglect or inadequate maintenance

In cases not covered by warranty, VERA FORMA still undertakes to provide assistance.

The damaged part may be replaced or repaired at the customer's expense, following a quote and acceptance.

5. Warranty Activation Procedure

To avail of the 5-Year Warranty, it is necessary to:

1. Send an e-mail to the official assistance address

2. Indicate as subject: "WARRANTY"

3. Describe the encountered problem in detail

4. Attach photographic documentation of the defect

Within 2 (two) business days, VERA FORMA will communicate:

• If the case falls under the Legal Warranty
• The operational procedures for repair or replacement
• Any instructions for shipping the product or component

Instructions will be provided based on the specific problem encountered.

6. Intervention Methods

Depending on the case, VERA FORMA may:

• Send the replacement component to the customer
• Organize product collection
• Request shipment to its laboratory for technical intervention

All operational methods will be communicated in writing.

7. Artisanal Nature of the Product

VERA FORMA products are handcrafted with natural materials.

Any variations in grain, color, texture, or slight dimensional differences do not constitute a defect, but are an intrinsic characteristic of the material and manual craftsmanship.
